If you are looking for a quiet place, to spend your holiday away from the noise and the crowd, we can offer you to rent a holiday house or apartment in charming place called Donja Krušica.

We attract guests that wish to bring their families on the island to get a taste of true island living: a simple, healthy and traditional life.

Vila Vita offers you peace, nature, privacy and most important beautiful view to the sea, mountains and city's across the island.

House is situated on the edge of Donja Krušica so you are far away from all the noise but still close enough to the sea and beach. The most important thing that our first neighbours are situated 100m from Vila Vita, so you can in privacy enjoy garden, swimming pool and barbecue.

Vila Vita consists of 2 apartments that are situated in the same building and have separate private entrances.

One apartment is on the ground floor while another is on the first floor.

It is possible to rent separate apartments (Apartment A or Apartment B each for 6 people) or full house (Vila VIta for 12 people) depending on the time of the year.

Apartment B - Vila Vita consist of:

3 bedrooms,

1 bathroom + extra toilet near swimming pool,

1 kitchen,

1 living room,

1 balcony + garden

1 pull out sofas in the living room

1 baby cribs

Beautiful garden with swimming pool and barbecue (shared with another Apartment A).

Maximum capacity of Vila Vita is 6 persons (including kids).

Swimming pool is in used only during the season more or less from 1th of June until 1th of October.

This also deepens of weather and how apartments are booked.

The usage of the swimming pool could be postponed for week or two.

In that case you will be informed in advance via email if the pool would be out of service.

Getting around

Donja Krušica does not have any super market, cafe bar, restaurant etc. For supplies we recommend you to go at Grohote, which is far 10 minutes by car. There are two big shops, bakery, fish market, butcher's shop, open market, post office, pharmacy and newspaper shop. There are ATM-s in Grohote, Rogač and Stomorska, and exchange office in Grohote, Rogač and Maslinica. In Grohote, there is modern ambulance, in case you need medical help. If you want to have fun, we recommend you to visit Nečujam, where are swimming pool, tennis and volleyball playgrounds, discotheque, pizzeria, cafes and confectionery shop.

Interaction with guest

House is situated around 45 meters above sea level, 200m from the sea, (inclination 20%) and because of that it is not suitable for the disabled person, very old people or people who have problems with walking. Also, each apartment and the garden are full of stairs so please be aware of that. Please also note that nearest public transport is 2km away from the house (in Donje Selo) and that it would be best option if the guest will come with their car. Distance from Donje Selo to Donja Krušica seems to be short but it is ”steep road” (inclination is around 11%) so you will have difficulties with walking/carrying heavy things.

How do damage deposits work?
