We are now taking reservations for summer rentals! Weeks are booking up fast. Check calendar for latest availability. Partial weeks also available. Harbor View Village Unit #12, North Truro, MA: Two bedroom, two bath condo unit with private deck steps away to private beach! Enjoy beautiful sunsets while sitting on the private deck in this condo unit. Sits up on a beautiful knoll with panoramic view of Cape Cod Bay. Steps away to private bay side beach and minutes away from ocean side beaches and Provincetown. Fully equipped kitchen, with stove, pots / pans, refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave. Kitchen opens up to living area with couch and coffee table. Bedrooms each have their own bath and sit at opposite sides of the unit to offer privacy to guests. Three TVs and high speed WiFi access. Shuttle to Provincetown is also steps away. Two parking spots provided. All you need to bring is linens (sheets and towels) and your bathing suit! Beautiful unit in a peaceful setting just minutes away from all of the activities of Provincetown. Amazing views - you will not be let down! Offseason rated available in May, June, Sept and August. No smoking and no pets allowed.

Beautiful place! Pictures do not do justice to this lovely place. Views are fantastic and it was nice to have a deck above the beach crowd. It was very peaceful! We would definitely stay again.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Jessie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
