The 1,050 sq ft of living space is elegantly decorated, fully furnished and fully equipped with front-loader full-size washer and dryer inside the unit, dishwasher, range, microwave, dual temp under-cabinet wine fridge, espresso maker, coffee maker, blender, toaster, hair dryer, iron/board and with all cookware, linens and vacation goodies necessary such as beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, beach toys, cooler and more. The Downtown District is host to Friday Family Fest (2nd Friday each month), Fall Art Festival (Nov.), FIT Homecoming (Oct.), Candlelight Holiday Shopping (Nov./Dec.) and other events such as car shows, farmers market and the Sip & Stroll event in April.

Also, the District is home to the areas best restaurants, specialty shops, and night-spots.
