This charming, classical Viennese style apartment has been completely renovated recently and is located close to the Volksoper and the Inner City. On its 81m² the pleasant flat provides a generous ante room, a separate kitchen, a classic livingroom with an oak hardwood floor, a master bedroom with a king size bed, an additional room with pull-out double bed, a modern bathroom with washerdryer, a separate toilet and a delightful balcony with a view to the green courtyard.
Generous ceiling heights as well as classic gullwing doors and box-type windows create a wonderful, cozy atmosphere for up to 4 persons. A baby bed and a high chair are also available.
The fully equipped kitchen provides gas-stove, fridge, microwave oven, Nespresso coffe maker, toaster, kettle and all necessary cooking utensils.
Also included are home appliances such as washerdryer,vacuum cleaner, iron and ironboard. Home entertainment amenities include a flatscreen tv (Samsung Smart-TV) for the reception of Astra (HD) and local terrestral channels, a stereo system with iPod/USB dock and free wireless internet.
Smoking is possible on the balcony with a view into a green yard.
The apartment is situated in the first level above ground floor - we do not have an elevator.
The central location of the apartment offers an excellent infrastructure. Währing is one of the most popular neighbourhoods in Vienna. With a wide variety of shopping opportunities, restaurants and cultural attractions very close by and the ideal connection to public transport this is the perfect city apartment.

2 minutes to tramway lines 40, 41, 42 (7 minutes running time to station Schottentor)

If you arrive by car:
Since 2017 our whole district is an area-wide short-term parking. We recommend to park the car at the Park&Ride facility "Spittelau" which is only 2 subway stations away and costs only EUR 3,40 per day.
To pack and unpack your car you may park close to the building in the short-term parking zone (we will provide a 1h parking ticket for you for that purpose).
Need a proper invoice?
As a registered real estate ownership we pay taxes and stick to Austrian law and regulations. Therefor we can also provide a proper invoice with VAT should you need it for reimbursement (eg. by your employer). Invoices can be issued in German or English.

“Excellent Place to Stay in Vienna”
This was truly a great place to stay. Nicely appointed and an excellent location. The appartment is less than a one minute walk from the Volksoper U-bahn and perhaps a twenty minute walk to the Rathaus. The Landlord is cordial and quick to respond to any inquiries. I would highly recommend this place.
