This charming property is located in the vineyards of the Minuty castle, with no neighbors, and 5 minutes from the Place des Lices and 10 minutes from the beaches of Pamplona. The villa has 6 bedrooms all individually air conditioned, 5 bathrooms en suite, a guest toilet. In the basement, there are 2 service rooms that share an additional bathroom. The villa can easily accommodate 12 -16 people, knowing that the two service rooms are in the basement and do not have air conditioning. The villa has a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room and a living room. On the ground floor, the master suite is very large, with a very spacious bathroom, a walk-in closet and a safe. Adjoining this master suite, a room / office that can accommodate two people. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. In the basement, a wine cellar, a large room for washing and drying machines, ironing boards, etc ..., and two extra rooms for a nanny, or staff, having windows that overlook wolf jumping. these two bedrooms share a bathroom.
