Renovated villa, located at the edge of the coast, you will love the exceptional sea view of the bay and amazing sunsets. A wide terrace where you will prepare barbecues in a unique Mediterranean garden. The villa is spacious and has all the comforts you need for a family home.

The villa is located in Terrasini, a sea village (5 min. driving), an ideal place where you can enjoy beautiful sea (sand beaches are few minutes driving and the sea is amazing).

Terrasini offers supermarkets, excellent restaurants and pizzeria. At the square of the village - that is closed to the traffic – people love to spend late afternoon as there are many bar and pub where you can eat very good ice cream (briosche) or granita (a tipical beverage - ice with lemon or coffee).

You will enjoy beaches at short distance and Art's cities like Palermo and Trapani (30 km). Don't miss concerts and artistic events at Segesta (Ancient Greek theatre) few kilometres far. Supermarket is 5 mins driving and there are many restaurants where you can taste typical Sicilian dishes. 15 mins driving to Palermo airport, 45 mins driving to Trapani airport.

How do damage deposits work?
