This home will look familiar to fans of a certain prehistoric cartoon family. Known popularly as "The Flintstone House" it derives its name from The Flintstones, a Hanna Barbara Production animated cartoon series of the early 1960s about a Stone Age Family. The Flintstones was the most financially successful network animated franchise for three decades and now you can stay in your own slice of Bedrock, except with state of the art technology and a multitude of luxury beyond your wildest dreams!

Featuring extensive river and surfers skyline views, Casa Albero Via Roma is located ideally within an easy 5-minute walk into Surfers Paradise where you will find a wide selection of restaurants and activities - yet it is its own haven of waterfront peace and tranquillity.

This home undoubtedly has one of the biggest and best private pools in Queensland, with large rock edges and soft artificial coral. One end of the pool has a seating area with spa jets. Multiple sun lounges are provided as well as pool towels for your convenience.

The large private jetty provides an opportunity to moor your boat and makes for great fishing. Quality Fishing Rods, Tackle Box, Crab Pots and Esky are all provided.

On low tide, you have your own private beach for the kids to build sandcastles.

Looking to keep the kids entertained so you can relax? We offer a multitude of activities including X-Box, own kids media room with large screen LCD Television, DVD Player and a selection of DVDs, sand toys, board games, pool toys and many more kids toys. Youll be lucky to see them!

A large family gas BBQ makes for great Aussie dining and there are four outdoor furnished dining areas all with extensive river and surfers skyline views to enjoy your meal or dine indoors with equally spectacular views.

The house has its own large gym room with treadmill, bike and weights.

The kitchen makes meal preparation a pleasure and is equipped with large walk-in pantry, dishwasher, microwave, food steamer build into a cabinet, Nespresso Machine, large gas stove, electric oven, family size two-door fridge freezer with ice maker and water dispenser, blender, toaster, kettle, cookware, crockery, glassware, cutlery and more than the usual kitchen appliances.

The lounge room features a large screen LCD Television, DVD Player and a selection of Movie DVDs as well as a comfortable corner lounge.

As mentioned there is also a kids media room as well as an additional large downstairs lounging area overlooking the swimming pool with comfortable furnishings and a selection of books and magazines.

The house has room to park 4 cars with a large 2 car garage and room for a further 2 vehicles on the driveway.

How do damage deposits work?
