This private residence offers an idyllic escape, just a 2-minute stroll from the pristine white sandy beaches of Grace Bay and Leeward.

Indulge in the privacy of your own spacious balcony, boasting stunning garden and pool views. The apartment, located on the upper floor, features an en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, Apple TV, a Bluetooth stereo music system, and a luxurious California king-size bed. The mini kitchen cabinet is equipped with a minibar, coffee maker, toaster, water boiler, and microwave, ensuring your comfort and convenience. Fast WiFi covers the entire property, allowing you to stay connected throughout your stay.

Step into a haven of high-beamed ceilings and exquisite decor, adorned with furniture and unique items sourced from Asia and Mexico. The bathroom has been recently renovated, providing a modern and refreshing space.

Please be aware that the unit is located upstairs and features a balcony with a railing. We advise that families with toddlers take extra precautions as the setup may not be suitable for their safety.
