Owner requires 3-weeks min. notice before your stay and online reservation due to 2 mailings and we live 8 hours away and can not meet you if problem. Sat to Sat weekly rentals only. Our 'Fin & Tonic’ 3BR/2BA raised beach house has great Sound views & some smaller ocean views. This nice family vacation house is recently renovated & sleeps 6-8 max. Deep owner discount, pet friendly & Free WiFi! Great location! 2-min. walk to Sound or Ocean and old Frisco Pier. Great Fishing & Surfing, & located in a very nice upscale neighborhood! Pet Friendly! Sleeps 6-8 max. Cozy, Affordable, close to beach & perfect for family vacation! 3-night min. From Oct - March. Monthly rentals from Oct - March. Monthly rentals require owner approval, valid drivers license, background check, $1000 refundable security deposit, signed rental form, owner approval. Sat. to Sat. weekly rentals from April-Sept.

This Outer Bank (OBX) 3BR/2BA raised beach house is for rent by owner (Hines). House sleeps 6-8 max., 1152 square feet and is 3rd row to ocean & 2nd row row to sound. Great location with ocean and sound views. Very close to Frisco Pier. 1-2 min. Walk from house to ocean or sound. House behind Frisco Pier! Located on NC 12 just north of Cape Hatteras Pier in Frisco. (oceanside nc 12). Approx. 10 minute drive north of the Ocracoke ferry! Approx. 15 minute drive south of Cape Hatteras lighthouse! Great sailboarding, surfing and fishing in OBX in one of the most remote spots on the NC east coast! Owner discounts for long term monthly and vacation rental by owner. Great views and location! Pet Friendly! Free WiFi. New 43-inch smart HDTV in den.

House Access: 2 house deadbolt Keys, new Pushbutton door lock code, 2 parking passes, map, owner vacation rental agreement, etc., all are mailed to you after we receive your signed vacation rental form back with your info and ours on it, and payment to owner clears our bank.
