Description

2014 is the first year this house was made available for rental. The driveway can hold up to 4 full sized/SUV type automobiles, so you shouldn't feel too cramped by that. Everything inside the house is brand new: Kitchen, Baths, Laundry, walls and ceilings, right down to the paint. This house is a perfect place for those who love the beach and the ocean. The beach is roughly a 3 - 5 minute walk away...and that's with kids! The ocean can be seen from any vantage point in front of house or at its side. The deck is huge and elevated allowing for maximum breeze and views. There's patio furniture and a grill to enjoy a meal in the yard if that's what you like. The house is clean and well supplied with cooking and eating utensils. There is a laundry room with a full sized washer and dryer so there's no need to bring dirty clothes home with you. If you simply want to chill at home, there's a deck on the second level that can support your entire clan.

I do not rent to adults younger than 25 years old. No pets are allowed in this house. There is plenty of room for cars in the driveway and if necessary, street parking is permitted. Please do not park on the lawn. There is a grill, but it cannot be used on the deck.
