Nestled in amongst this awe-inspiring natural beauty is our beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo with the capacity to sleep up to 8 people.

There are few, if any, places in the world that can match the rugged charm and natural beauty of Arizona’s Red Rock Country. Spend your days hiking across spectacular terrain under the desert sun, paddling along azure-blue canyon rivers, and taking in the majestic spectacle of the Grand Canyon.

At the end of your day, come home to our wonderful condo and unwind in the spacious master bedroom with king-sized bed. Run a soothing bath in the whirlpool tub, conveniently located in the private master bathroom, and soak away any tired muscles. While you relax, up to 4 devices can stay connected with our free Wi-Fi. Need more devices or speed? Premium packages are available at the front desk!

In the second bedroom, complete with two cozy double-beds, there’s more than enough space and all the furnishings for a comfortable stay. The spacious second bathroom comes with a full-sized shower, and offers ample space to get ready.

Go ahead and get your clothes dirty while you’re out exploring, this condo comes with an in-suite washer and dryer with starter pack of laundry detergent.

Making hearty meals is a breeze in the large, fully-appointed kitchen. With a stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffeemaker, cookware, and paper-towels you have everything you’ll need for easy cooking.

Why can't I call the property manager before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can pay the remaining balance of your booking at any point. Simply go to Manage your booking and click Pay now.

How can I withdraw my booking request?

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I make changes to my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your booking page. To change your dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
