Description

This newly built luxurious villa is 5 mins from the beaches and seaside town of Conil. It is surrounded by pine forests with great walks and shops and restaurants close by. This villa has a private garden and pool, with sun terraces,and bbq area.It is quiet and the perfect place to relax and enjoy the area.

Close by, You will find numerous beautiful atlantic beaches with hidden coves,the mountains of the sierra de cadiz, the medieval whitewashed towns of Medina and Vejer and the famous cities of Cadiz, Jerez and Seville.

We have created a restful retreat that you can think of as your home away from home. The house is decorated and furnished in a modern andaluz style,very comfortable and spacious with 4 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms,so can accommodate up to 8 people.

The property was designed and built by ourselves and benefits from insulated walls and double glazing, therefore it is cool in summer and warm in winter, although there is air-conditioning and a wood burner if needed.

The ground floor has an open plan fully equipped modern kitchen and dinning room that leads onto the rear patio for alfresco dinning,there is a large lounge with satelite tv,a downstairs bathroom, a double bedroom and a cloak room.

The second floor has the master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom,a walk in wardrobe and french doors leading to the private sun terrace.There are 2 more double bedrooms and a large family bathroom with shower and a bath tub.There are french doors leading to the sun terrace and also a small balcony.

Outside,you will find the saltwater pool and the outside cooking area with bbq and oven.There is a washroom with a washing machine,a sink and storage.Whilst the garden is partly lawned and planted with mature trees and shrubs,it is walled in and very private with parking for several cars.

We supply all bed linen and towels .The cleaning costs and electricity and gas are included in the rental price.
