This fully air-conditioned, 2 bedroom 1.5 bath condo provides the perfect base for your next vacation. Located just 10 minutes from Providenciales International Airport, at Plantation Hills, this unit is nestled within a tropical garden, with spacious decks for entertaining.

Completely updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, marble bath with multi head shower and double sinks. Bedrooms all have flat screen tv's and Living room fitted with a large flat screen tv, pull out queen sofa bed. Dining area seats six comfortably, with original works of art throughout.

Grace Bay Beach, restaurants, supermarkets, hospital and airport are just minutes away from this tropical paradise.

Getting around

A rental car is the most recommended mode of transport as there is no public transportation on-island outside of taxi service. Most major rental agencies are represented and can be pre-booked online prior to arrival. Parking is free at beach walk through as well as in the tourist zones throughout Island. In Grace Bay bicycles, scooters, pedi-cabs are available for rent to explore.

Interaction with guest

Most guests arrive via rental car and directions are provided to unit in advance. If airport meet and greet is required, all attempts will be made to greet at arrivals. Personal greeting at condo and walk through of unit to familiarize, exchange keys, provide local information, etc. Owner or representative usually on Island and will provide local phone and email contact in event of need to communicate. Very low-key approach and pro-active to any guests needs or requests.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I make changes to my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your booking page. To change your dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Clementina (the owner) a message.

If Clementina (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
