Conveniently located in the friendly village of Tollerton, just ten miles north of York is The Red Barn. This wonderful barn conversion has been cleverly designed to offer a welcome mix of traditional and contemporary living to provide luxury accommodation for 9-11 guests in three bedrooms all with luxury en suite bath or shower room, plus the addition of a ground floor sofa bed and shower room, making 'The Red Barn' the perfect location for a party of guests with a less able visitor. The ground floor enjoys under floor heating, and has been laid with stunning slate tiles to the seating area, and rustic floor boarding to the kitchen area. There is a large range cooker which is sure to add to the enjoyment of cooking for family and friends.
The barn is oozing with character, and each bedroom has been individually designed to capture the stunning architectural features that adorn these former agricultural buildings.
Property has gas central heating and underfloor heating to the ground floor and comprises;
Lounge/Kitchen/Diner: With TV with free view, DVD, sofa bed, day bed, ample seating, 6 ring gas range cooker with electric oven, American style fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, 3 metre long oak dining table and chairs.
Bathroom 1: With shower cubicle, wash basin and WC
First floor
Bedroom 1: Family suite with double bed, bunk bed (minimum age for top bunk is 7),and en suite bathroom with shower over bath, wash basin and WC. 1 fold up bed is available upon request to accommodate extra 1 guest.
Bedroom 2: With double bed and en suite shower room with shower cubicle, WC and wash basin
Bedroom 3: With triple bed (2 down and 1 up) and en suite shower room with shower cubicle, WC and wash basin
All fuel, power, bed linen and towels included.
Ample parking. Patio with furniture. Exciting addition of gym for visitors use coming soon in adjacent barn.
