Description
Just one of the many short term flats from my portfolio of 1, 2, 3, 4 and studio apartments set within tranquil surroundings, and many with views towards Disney and HK harbour.
The flat has been completely rewired with new plumbing and sanitary fittings, new tiling, new wood floors, new picture windows providing panoramic sea and harbour views, and located next to a hidden beach with no roads in sight, and therefore a quiet location with a bright and breezy perspective.
Appliances include a wall mounted flat screen TV, DVD/CD player, Wifi and Internet connection, Siemen's washing machine, a Siemen's dryer, a Smeg oven cooker, a large Mitsubishi fridge, AEG dishwasher, a whirlpool microwave cooker, a double hob hotplate, and the kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, cookware, dishes, etc to cater for up to 8 people.

Baby bath tub with changing table - at HK$50 a day & subject to availability
A loft bed - at HK$150 per day
All utility charges (Water, Electricity, Gas) are included with free WiFi Internet service, and multi-channel TV.
Special transport needs - Discovery Bay provides residents with special transport needs within and outside DB: the elderly, the disabled and those suffering from temporary or chronic medical conditions requiring assistance.
During summer months, free access to a brand new and large swimming pool located at Amalfi, DB North plaza can be provided by invitation.
Outdoor Activities :- (9am - 6pm/9 consecutive hours)
Inflatable kayaks - HK$200 an hour for hire for each kayak + security deposit
Beach pop up tent, towels, beach mat & fold up table with 4 chairs set up - HK$300 a day
Bicycle (subject to availability and to book ahead) - HK$50 an hour for hire + security deposit
Discovery Bay Residents Club & Siena Clubhouse:-
For terms of 28 nights or more, access to Discovery Bay Clubhouse can be requested but all admin. fees and membership fees will be borne by the guest.

Nightly fireworks display from Disney and panoramic views towards Hong Kong Harbour.
Discovery Bay consists of a piazza with a strip of restaurants for alfresco dining, and the outdoor seating is very popular with most facing the promenade and overlooking the beach and Tai Pak Bay, or Disney in the horizon for nightly firework displays. Wi-Fi broadband connection is available free of charge at the eateries, along the beach and in the main plaza.
There are cleaners providing regular housekeeping of the flat and are the first point of contact for anything you may need at the flat.
The number of guests refers to each individual regardless of age, that is, babies included.
For bookings of less than 5 nights an additional charge of HK$350 will be applied.
For bookings of 5 nights or more, you are provided with a one off complimentary fruit selection, bread, jam, margarine and cookies, and then there is a supply of teabags, coffee and hot chocolate that is refreshed for each new guest, or on a weekly basis.
Laundry powder, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel is also provided.
Linen, towels, blankets are provided and cleaning of the flat with change of linen is provided once a week.
Buses here are frequent, and we have buses to DB North large grocery store and clubhouse at Siena.
The buses takes you to the main DB Plaza and bus terminus.
