Welcome!!!

The apartment is located in the very heart of the historical center of Zagreb and completely renovated in December 2013. and again in February 2021. It`s composed of a big lobby (10 m2) perfect for all your luggage or even bicycles, spacious double bedroom (20 m2) with a beautiful old night cupboard and mirror, wardrobe. In this room we have cycling memorabilia and an old racing bike on the wall. Pictures and bike are property of the owner who was engaged in competitive cycling for many years. Smaller room (14 m2) consists of an eating area and living area with couch, wardrobe and TV. Shower and toilet are separated and very elegant, all in white and grey colours. Our apartment is a very good choice for two couples or bigger family. Comfortable beds and new elegant satin sheets will make enjoy every minute of your vacation. As children are very important part of our lives, we have also prepared some toys for your children.If you are travelling for business purpose, you can arrange your business meetings in apartment or make your distant office in our lobby. If you are a biking fan, do not hesitate to bring your own bike. We will provide you with instructions how to explore surronding and enyoy your riding on a nearby mountain Medvednica (1098 m high)

Amazing location: just 50 steps from Ban Jelačić square and best green market with delicious croatian domestic products. Also, you have only 10 minutes walk from Railway station.

Additional equipment: air conditioning in bedroom, 2 rings cooker, wash machine, dish washer, microwave oven, toster, filter coffee machine, kettle, hairdryer, iron, ironing rack, safe-deposit box.

The price includes everything you need for your stay: housekeeping, linen and towels; electric, heating and water bills are included.

Check-in is guaranteed from Monday to Sunday. Late check-in can be arranged.

FAQ

Q: "Housekeeping Included" - what does this mean?

A: In many apartments the cleaning service at the end of the stay is not included in the price per night. In our property the price includes this service.

Q: Are any basic kitchen staples provided? - oil/ salt/pepper basic spices etc.

A: Yes, they are provided.

Q: Access - how many levels is the building - please advise access to your level

A: The flat is located at the ½ th floor of an ancient building. There are about 30 low steps.

Q: Is is possible to rent a bike?

A: At your demand we will provide you with bikes so that you can make bike tours around the city. We also offer guided tours around the city, its amenities (znamenitosti ) and its surronding.

Q: How big is dinning space?

A:. Four or six people can comfortably eat/have breakfast together.

Q: We will be travelling by train: do you provide details on getting from Central Railway station to your apartment?

A: Yes, we provide detailed info to get to Petrićeva street from BOTH TRAIN AND BUS STATION the We also provide via mail a detailed map of the house neighbourhood.

Q: Will you greet guests in person and are you available nearby should there be any problem during our stay?

A: My wife or I will meet guests and we are available nearby should any problem occur (we live in neighbourhood). Please, read the "house rules" section above
