This one bedroom penthouse suite is located in an attractive urban district in the heart of Miraflores, the entertainment and commercial center of Lima,

The penthouse is a short walk to fine restaurants, theaters, museums, art galleries, outdoor concerts, archeological ruins, ocean parks, night clubs, casinos, and shopping centers.

The apartment includes free internet access, cable TV, DVD player, phone, stove, frig, washer, kitchenware, coffee maker,and microwave. The unit also comes with a double set of bed linens and bath towels.



We also provide airport pick-up. For a small fee, we will have a driver meet you at the airport when you arrive, help you with your bags, and take you directly to the penthouse).

Payments can be made easily through PayPal with either Visa or Mastercard. To reserve the penthouset, a booking deposit of $200 (non-refundable) is required. You pay the balance when you arrive.

How do damage deposits work?

If Michael (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
