My apartment is in the best spot in the city of Rio de Janeiro .

It has a suite with a double bed, very comfortable sofa bed in the living room and a small bedroom reversible for a single with an armchair bed and a small bathroom, where 5 people sleeps comfortably . There is availability of baby cot upon request.

The apartment is renovated throughout , and were exchanged all piping and electrical wiring .

It is equipped with new appliances , including mattresses , bedding and bath .

The list of items is complete with blender , iron , microwave , beach chairs, hairdryer etc. .

The apartment is very well located , just half block from the beach , in the post 9 . In a few steps you step on the sand .

It is close to the best bars , restaurants , supermarkets , cafeterias, Hippie Fair on Sunday and subway, so, no visitor would be better situated !

It is relatively close to the Copacabana Beach , just walk 15 minutes.

At the corner of the street lies the Girl from Ipanema bar, where Vinicius de Moraes wrote the famous song of the same name.

The building is familiar with only 4 floors and 4 apartments per floor , with daytime concierge and security cameras.

The guest can choose to go on Ipanema beach or at Arpoador beach, Leblon beach, Copacabana beach or the Devil's beach , and you can get to those just walking .

The transportation is plentiful , with bus and vans both on the beach and in the nearby streets and the subway just two blocks away.

Both check in and the check out will be done by me personally .

I will have great pleasure in helping guests indicating good walks and places where they can have fun.

Incidentally , I live close so I can quickly get to the apartment fast if any eventual problem occur.

If the interest is at the periods of New Year's Eve or Carnival , the conditions are different . Please, contact before booking.
