At Ski Chalet Sinchets in Chamkoria chalets in Borovets we offer you a luxury 4 bedroomed self catered ski chalet in the historic mountain resort of Borovets in Bulgaria.
At Chalet Sinchets Borovets the holiday experience begins long before you arrive in Borovets.
Our complex can provide a full range of services from Sofia Airport transfers and ski hire to mountain guides and walking tours. We can work with you to design the ideal mountain experience before you arrive for your holiday in Bulgaria. Choose from the winter or summer activities and get the most out of your time in the Rila mountains.
Our luxury 4 bedroom chalet is located in a private gated development on the edge of Borovets (5km from the slopes) and offers the only luxury boutique type accommodation in Borovets.
Our private and discrete self catering accommodation allows you to experience the raw magic of the Rila mountains and at the same time be pampered with all the services of a luxury boutique Borovets hotel.
Our luxury Oak furniture and crisp white bed linen provide a taste of luxury not found anywhere else in Borovets. Until the end of March each year our Ski Bus ( Additional fee £3 pppn) will whisk you to the slopes in 10 mins in ski season and afterwards you can relax in the spa area which is open until the end of March.
After a day on the mountain you desire to treat yourself. Why not enjoy a meal in our bistro, have a cold beer, sip a VIN chaud by the fireside or simply relax in the spa.

“Great stay in Borovets”
Loved the stay at the Chalet. Lovely place to stay whilst skiing. Warm and friendly. Transfers to Borovets were extremely useful. Kids loved the pool and jacuzzi. Would recommend to anyone looking for somewhere nice and warm to lay your head at the end of a days skiing. Great kitchen to have breakfast. Would use again definitely.

“Outstanding accommodation and facilities”
Thoroughly enjoyed our time at Chalet Sinchets in Champkoria. Accommodation was excellent and resort manager and staff were very helpful. The chalet was well furnished to a high standard. The reception building, 20 metres away, housed small swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and restaurant bar as well as a small mini-market. All of which we used regularly. The slopes of the Borovets Ski Resort are visible from the chalet, though it is a 15 minute minibus trip to get there. 2 buses operate every 40 minutes there and back throughout the day. We never had any problem about getting to and from the chalet to the ski resort. Maybe would have been better if the buses were staggered so that one ran every 20 minutes to give a little more flexibility on set off and pick up times though. But it wasn't a real problem. Would thoroughly recommend.

“High quality all round accomodation for large fanilies & groups”
Chalet Sinchets in the Chamkoria complex is an ideal location if you want high quality accommodation in peaceful surroundings away from the hustle & bustle of the main resort. We had 6 adults & 3 children in our party and had plenty of room throughout the chalet. The daily transfers were excellent & drop you off at your ski station. They are available every 15mins from 7.30am to until 7.30pm, enabling a trip to the resort at night for those who want a livelier experience. A £10 taxi for the return journey after this time, got us back safely. We found the quality & price of Bulgarian food inconsistent in the resort, so take recommendations from others. However, the Chamkoria complex restaurant & bar was some of the best food we had, and reasonably priced. If you want to eat in, the chalet is well equipped with everything you'll need to cook a full meal and a table that seats 8 easily. You'll need to get supplies from the resort or local town of Samokov, as the complex mini market is quite limited. The taxi cost £20 for the return journey to Samokov, and you easily save that money compared to the resort prices. Also consider a Bulgarian night in Samokov. We had a brilliant time and it's as cheap as chips. £20 per head for 5 courses, unlimited local alcohol & a return taxi to the complex. We made good use of the pool & spa facilities, & the massages are a bargain compared to UK. The only let down was the hot tub was not working throughout our weeks stay. The complex staff, although didn't speak very good English, understood us ok and were very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. They even put up a real Christmas tree with decoration in the chalet, which the children loved. Overall excellent.
