Spacious apartment, comfortable, residential building can accommodate up to nine guests. A double bed, cupboards, a sofa bed and two and three bunk bed, en suite, bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom, service area, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, washing machine, barbecue, beach chairs and umbrellas, crockery, bedding, bath and table, wireless internet, cable, spot on the ground. Located in a quiet street surrounded by green, with a beautiful, quiet, sun view the rooms in the morning. Near Lagoa do Peri and the Armação Beach, located in the south of the Island of Santa Catarina in Florianópolis.
Easy access to the city center, close to supermarket, pharmacy, fish, bike shop, simple trade of fishing area access.
Close to trails, pristine beaches, freshwater lagoon and restaurants. Access to all the wonders of Florianopolis.
Bus stop close to the apartment, with lines that access various parts of the Island. Access to the island and some of Campeche beaches via boat from the center of the neighborhood.
