Description

Bayside condo in a 10 unit complex overlooking dock and canal. This unit is located in the center of Key Largo with access to shopping and great restaurants. Perfect for the avid diver or fisherman as there is a dive shop and bait shop located in the complex. This is a 1 bedroom with a King bed in the master and a pullout queen sofa in the living room. Unit includes use of Center Console boat which is good for diving and fishing. There is a barbecue on the large porch to grill the catch of the day. Cable TV, wifi, W/D are also within the condo. It is a 20 minute boat ride, thru Pennekamp Park, to the reef. The beach at Pennekamp is 3 blocks away and the pool at Jacobs Aquatic Center is 2 miles.

Response from the owner Thank you for the review. We take every review seriously. I inspected the unit and have to agree with some of the things you said. I had housekeeping restock the kitchen with missing cutlery, glasses etc. Each unit has cable and a DVD player. Unfortunately they are not screwed down and do come up missing at times. This has also been replaced. I could not find any holes in the walls or trouble with the blinds. I brought the barbecue situation to the housekeepers attention. We are replacing the bed with a new King size. As for the boats, we have 6 boats and the one you used was scheduled for replacement. Due to the great demand at Christmas, we were not able to take any out of service. The new boat has been delivered and that boat will go back to being our crash boat. With multiple units, it is sometimes difficult to follow up on the maintenance crew and housekeeping and I appreciate any and all feedback from our guests.

Response from the owner It was a pleasure having you and I am glad you enjoyed the local folklore at the Pubs. We have a great number of children as guests and they always enjoy the snorkeling and fishing that the boats provide. There are activities for children that you probably did not investigate since you did not bring children with you. Any issues with the boat have been rectified. We have printed up starting instructions so that flooding of the engine should not be a problem in the future.
