Casa Chloe- A lovely individual private south facing 3 bedroom (with air conditioning) detached villa - ideal for families , with sea views & WIFI in the exclusive quiet peaceful residential area of Calpe -Cometa 111 (Sleeping up to 6 people). The villa is legally registered for holiday rentals. It provides privacy & tranquility .The modern well furnished villa comprises Ground Floor :- Entrance hall off which is 1 King size bedroom & a twin bedded room. A walk in shower room/WC is opposite and there's also another separate WC/cloakroom. A large lounge with 2 piece suite TV (with UK channels) the lounge opens into the naya/conservatory which is also used as a dining & seating area overlooking pool & BBQ area. A well equipped kitchen is accessed off the lounge. Doors from the naya lead down 2the steps to the 9m x 4m private pool/ sunbathing terrace with daylong sunshine, Summer House with shower, BBQ area & landscaped gardens giving another sunbathing area.The 1st floor can be accessed by a door leading from the naya via an internal staircase. This door can be locked making it self-contained, then only accessible via its own external entrance which comprises of a covered naya with spectacular views with bar table & chairs; a lounge with sofa & chair TV,(with UK channels) office chair & desk along with a small kitchen and a double bedded room with its own en-suite shower room.

In the High/Peak season it is a min of 14 night lets- Changeover day is generally Saturdays but we may possibly be flexible on this dependent on other bookings so please enquire first as flights can be cheaper on other days.
There is a hot tub near to the pool summer House but this is NOT available and NOT included in the villa rental.
There is Air conditioning in the 3 bedrooms & in the downstairs lounge & there’s are also couple of portable fans.

“Casa Chloe Calpe”
We had a wonderful time at the villa. It had everything and more than we could have expected. The youngest in our party was 5 and the oldest was 57 and we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it as being an excellent choice for comfort, safety and a home from home.

“Perfect family venue.”
Daughter, Son-in-law, 8yr old Granddaughter a Nannie and Gangan spent a perfect week in this "home from home" villa. the kitchen is by far the best stocked I have ever stayed in, every utensil you could possibly need is provided. Good quality crockery and glass wear. Lovely comfortable living areas and dining table. The pool area is wonderful, complete with its own "summer house" including a shower, a welcome shade from the very hot sun. A secret garden containing fruit trees, really what more could you ask. A perfect charcoal BBQ area with its own sink. Washing machine! oh yes is got that too. We were so sad to leave and hope very much to return.

However If you fancy a night out (leaving the car at the villa & walk into town or the beach) a taxi from Calpe town to the villa is approx 10 euros.. “Excellent villa”
Loved our stay at the villa , it was in a quiet area but with easy access to calpe and the surrounding places . The villa has a lovely pool which is great to chill around after a days sightseeing . It is so well equiped with everything you could need for a great holiday . Would definately reccomend .

“Brilliant place, brilliant holiday”
We stayed in Casa Chloe for one week. Our party was made up of 2 couples and 2 two-year-olds. We really liked the 2 apartment layout. Even though we spent most of our time together in the main part it allowed each family to have its own space. The villa is extremely well equipped, clean and spacious. We very much liked the location with its sea views and all amenities are just a short drive. The road is quiet and the villa and pool are not overlooked. The pool was a big plus point, very warm (in August) and perfectly maintained .We would very much like to return to Casa Chloe in the future and hopefully for 2 weeks as we spent so much time in this gorgeous villa that there is a lot of Calpe we would still like to visit! Only improvement we would suggest would be wireless internet. Highly recommend.

“Lovely villa in a peaceful location with excellent view of Calpe rock.”
Villa is very well equipped. Air conditioning in the bedrooms was lovely after the 45 degree heat outside. Pool is a good size and there are good quality sun beds around the pool area. Plenty of tables and chairs outside too. We used the barbecue quite a lot and all necessary utensils were provided. An excellent base to discover the area - with Valencia only one and a half hours away. Sue and Nick provided maps of the area, together with excellent advice on car hire. Deposit returned promptly.
