Charming and sunny loft located in one of the most tourist places of Valencia, next to the church of Santa Catalina and the Plaza Redonda. A pedestrian plaza located in the heart of the historic center, just steps from popular area attractions: Lonja; Catedral, Miguelete, el Carmen

The loft is located on the 1st floor of a completely renovated and without lift building, with only three apartments, one per floor, each with its own wifi and with a nice relaxing terrace on the roof shared by the three apartments, also with wifi, for reading, sunbathing, etc.. (see photos)

The surrounding area is all you need: trendy bars, central market, shops, department stores, delicious restaurants, pubs, .....

-Public Car Park 24h at 100m, in Plaza de la Reina.

-Tram- Pont de Fusta (L4) at 1 km.

“Not just the location is excellent”

This apartment ,as stated in other reviews , is situated in an excellent location and has great amenities for a couple staying in Valencia . The small additional things provided by the hosts ,in my opinion, made our stay here stand out from other places we have stayed in . Bottled water , wine , teabags,coffee,condiments , olive oil , washing up liquid , shower gel , shampoo , cleaning cloths and scourers , kitchen roll , clingfilm , washing powder and capsules were all provided making the self catering a whole lot easier . Thank you for these Juan Luis and Ana . Knowing we could contact you if required (which we didn't) provided peace of mind . Ample storage space , decent quality towels , bedding and furniture made our time spent in the apartment a pleasure . So much to do and see in Valencia that we didn't use TV or use games provided . Floor fan was welcome when temperatures reached heights . Roof space was a welcome chilling zone in late evenings . All in all , no negative aspects whatsoever.

The bar at the foot of the door is excellent for tapas and beer.Interesting area.A vibrant area good for food and the central market will have all you need.Use taxis--they are much cheaper than here.All appliances are top of the range.Everyone we met was friendly and helpful.We needed to go to a pharmacy and a doctor but it caused no trouble.

“Gorgeous apartment in the heart of Valencia”

I gave this apartment five stars for a reason.. as I couldn’t go any higher! Ana’s place in the heart of this beautiful city is an absolute gem. It’s easy to find from the directions given online and very safe and secure The apartment is well equipped with an array of kitchen utensils, dining area and tv (although we didn’t turn it on!). The bathroom is well laid out and the shower had steaming hot water. The bed is comfortable and plenty of bedding and towels are provided. The apartment boasts three balconies, which is a perfect place to sit in the evening while sipping vino and watching the local buskers play in the plaza below. It’s a great place to people-watch! Finally the rooftop terrace with a day-bed, loungers, chairs & tables is a welcome retreat from the bustle of the city and perfect for relaxing. Ana has thought of everything to make your stay top notch and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Gracias Ana :)
