But I'm very surprised that you leave your comment here on Tripadvisor, since you did not book your stay on the site and not with me who is an owner of the property, but with a specific operator, who had to handle regarding all the issues regarding your stay. So I do not find it correct and appropriate you leave a review on the resource who has no relation at all to your trip, nor economically, neither organizationally.

How do damage deposits work?

If Andreas (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
