BEST LOCATION IN ROCKPORT steps away from everything! Ground floor studio boasts comfortable and clean efficiency with AC, WIFI, cable TV and microwave kitchenette, private entrance, private bathroom all on the ground floor around the corner from the beach in central village resort area. Breakfast items that are individually packaged are provided such as hot and cold cereal, fruit, breakfast bars, juice, milk and Keurig hot drinks for your convenience. Walking distance to commuter train from Boston and on the local bus line. Walk to picturesque harbor area with lots of shops, galleries and restaurants.

This is a perfect place for relaxing, reading, writing, painting, sightseeing, exploring tide pools or a stroll through Halibut Point State Park. Summer enjoyment includes sightseeing, renting kayaks or going on a lighthouse boat tour or a whale watch. Savor freshly caught lobster, coffee and fresh strudel overlooking the harbor or fine oceanfront dining at a variety of restaurants and cafes all within a couple of blocks. Relax in the yard, read in the hammock, smell the roses, enjoy the BBQ and picnic table in the gardens or a refreshing outdoor enclosed shower for after the beach. BBQ, cooler and beach chairs available. Quaint and historic seaside resort! NO SMOKING OR PETS PERMITTED. (Owner pets do not enter guest areas.) Please note that enjoyment of our property is for registered guests only. No parties permitted. Cable TV, wireless access and heat and air conditioning! Getting around

CATA bus service goes right by the house providing access to nearby Gloucester. A number of taxi services are available including airport (Logan Airport in Boston) transportation. The commuter train from Rocport to Boston's North Station is a short walk away and a great way to get to Boston without the hassle of traffic and high cost of parking. Salem is also a stop along the way with marked walking routes to Salem's attractions starting just outside the train depot. The Essex County Scenic Byway is a great route to follow from Rockport north to Newburyport if traveling by car with lots of antique shops, New England scenery, farms and restaurants.

Your studio and bathroom are i completely private. Our apartment is separate from guest rooms but only a knock away if you need anything.

All guests are asked to rinse off all sand in the outside shower before entering house.
