Pet friendly split-level loft in the heart of Historic West Side, just 15 minutes from the airport and 1.5 miles from activities & great dinning. This comfy loft accommodates 4 adults ,pets, and has a full bathroom, separate living/dining & work spaces with free Wi-Fi , private deck and a private parking space. We have 1 queen bed and 1 queen sleeper sofa on different levels in the space. Great for business or if you are in town to catch an event.

Kitchenette has microwave, full refrigerator, hotplate, coffee maker and dinner wear readily available. There's access to a jogging trail (Washington Park) as well as swimming and tennis centers. For business or leisure- we are centrally located to many of the corporate, college, sport or cultural happenings. Public transit station, MARTA, is three blocks away.

We require at least a 1 week notice for booking.

Absolutely No Parties Allowed. Our space is typically quiet and not conducive for loud gatherings.

No smoking of any sort.

How do damage deposits work?
