The best of both worlds on the Island is where the Gulf meets the Bay at the "Tip" of Island in Anna Maria. Beautiful Sunsets, Fishing Piers, a Park and Bird Watching can be found at the Northern tip of the Island. This 2BR/2BA plus a Loft which is used as a 3rd sleeping room is located one property from the beach access at Bean Point. Peeks of the Gulf from the front deck. The open floor plan , high ceilings and many windows gives this home a light, bright and spacious feel. Enjoy the Gulf breezes on the large open deck. Other amenities include covered parking, dishwasher, cable TV, WifI and Washer/Dryer. Bedrooms have King bed, Queen Bed and the loft has 2 Full beds. Sleeps 6-8. Non-Smoking unit. Sorry No pets.

“Needs some improvement”
The house itself is fine: great location, suitable for a family of 4. Laundry is downstairs, so need to carry laundry up and down. Loft doesn't make much sense and furniture needs serious upgrade… More
Response from the manager Thank you for your review. I am glad to hear that you liked the house and the location just steps to the beach. I apologize for the pest control problem. We do have regular pest control service at the property-- unfortunately the hot humid and rainy Florida summer weather does not help with the pest control. We do our best to try to keep pests under control at all properties. We hope this does not deter you from visiting Florida again in the summer and that you will visit our beautiful Island in the future!
