GUEST ROOM IN THE HEART OF HISTORIC VIRGINIA HIGHLAND/TWO BLOCKS TO MIDTOWN, ATLANTA

This one bedroom (with queen bed, sitting area and full bath) guest room in Atlanta’s Historic Virginia-Highland neighborhood is waiting for you. This is more like a hotel room than a B&B.You will wish to eat brunch at one of the many neighborhood restaurants and coffee shops. With a separate, private entrance you will be stepping into your own sanctuary. French doors open to a private small screened porch looking out onto landscaped grounds. The neighborhood is very walkable. There are shops and restaurants in walking distance.

All guests have complete privacy. Upon arrival, the room has fresh linens and has a fridge with soft drinks and bottled water. I do not service the room until checkout. I do not have a lot of interaction with guests. The room is comfortably nestled in a charming southern neighborhood with many nearby shops and restaurants and just a short walking distance to Midtown Arts Cinema, Atlanta’s Piedmont Park, and the newly completed portion of the Atlanta Beltline system. Public transit is also nearby.

WIFI is free and the room includes a small refrigerator with complimentary drinks and coffee maker with lots of coffee.. The guest room is non-smoking but smoking is permitted on the furnished attached porch.

If you like to walk, run or just plain relax, then this is the place for you. Just bring your running shoes, bike, or a good book. Relax and feel at home. 2 Night minimum stay.

How do damage deposits work?
