Description

This Mediterranean-styled getaway is a recently remodeled three-bedroom, 1855 square foot home centrally located in a quiet gated community in Palm Desert, CA. It is fully furnished and equipped with all amenities, a home theatre system and features a very private back yard pool and spa, both recently remodelled.

The open spacious plan with tons of light includes high vaulted ceilings, louvered shutters on all windows and a gas fireplace. A beautifully decorated home with three bedrooms (1-K, 2-Q) with flat screen TVs, and the master bedroom walks out to the pool via the garden door. Sliding glass door opens from the kitchen/den directly to a covered outdoor eating and entertainment area with BBQ, fan and stereo speakers, a great spot for dining or lounging.

Within minutes of best shopping, entertainment and cultural activities in the Coachella valley. 10-15 minutes from over 30 championship golf courses and practice facilities. College of the Desert just blocks away, where Saturday market features everything from produce to local artisans.

Available for rent monthly or bi-weekly. References are required and will be checked.
