This privately owned luxury vacation rental is located in Clarence Town, the capital of Long Island, Bahamas. It is approximately 20 minutes from Deadmans Cay Airport (LGI). This rental is for those seeking a low key, relaxing vacation. There are no malls, theaters or Starbucks. It is great for those who love water, walks on the beach, beautiful sunsets and appreciate nature. Don't forget your snorkel, many people enjoy snorkeling or scuba diving to uncover beautiful corals, fish, lobster, star fish and much more in the water right behind the house! It is secluded but there are small restaurants, bars and grocery stores between the airport and house. The caretaker of the ​house is local and will supply transportation to and from the airport at no extra charge. She can also set up car rentals and help with any questions or issues. Many people choose to simply hang out at the house but for those who like to see island sights, there are plenty to see. Come enjoy your next vacation at Bahamian Mood, and tell us all about it!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Lisa (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
