We let a luxury Apartment embedded in a 5 Star Resort on Ko Samui

So you will have all amenities of a 5 Star Hotel for a fraction of the normal costs. (5 Pools, private Beach with Sports Equipment, Tennis Court, Fitness Center, Office, Library - all for free)

You can also have daily Cleaning and Breakfast, use the Restaurants or the Roomservice (for extra Payment)

Its located in Baan Taling Ngam - the Sunset and quiet part of the Island where only the luxury Resorts are. Its located on a hill with perfect sea view from all rooms. Directly on the beach!

The Villa consists of two Parts. The Main Building and an extra Apartment in the 3rd floor with extra entrance. This add here is for the Apartment only.The apartment has two rooms and two extra bathrooms and a small kitchen. It is suitable for 2 persons or a Family with kids (As there is only 1 master bedroom and a Living room with a pullout Sofa for Kids - but its only 140 cm when its pulled out - so only for small kids)

But please note - you book here from the private owner of the Villa. Its a private Apartment in our private Villa and NOT an InterContinental Hotel room - Its a private house - but if you can live with that you are in Paradies of a fraction of the normal costs.

Cleaning is not included in the price. Its 500 Bath per day for the Maid. She comes daily for a short cleanup and can also make Breakfast for you with the things you bought yourself. Cleaning is mandatory

Sometimes things that seem to good to be true are true! Perfect resort with a friendly and pro active owner. We enjoyed our stay very much and used all the facilities of the resort.

How do damage deposits work?
