Welcome to Parkside Suites B&B centrally located parkside in our tranquil suburb of Success, Perth, Western Australia

ACCOMMODATION:

We are happy to offer a choice of FOUR bedrooms in two Suites within the downstairs wing of our home, designed to encourage a B&B style atmosphere.

ONE: is our private, Parkside Ensuite Queen size bed Suite with adjacent, large, lounge room complete with a large flat screen TV, comfortable reclining sofa, fully stocked bookshelves and equipped with standard B&B facilities such as fridge, electric kettle, toaster and microwave.

THREE: are rooms within our poolside Suite, let individually, collectively or as an Entire Suite, so you can enjoy the privacy of your own lockable room and socialize in the common areas or, have exclusive use of the Entire Suite. The suite is fully self-contained, you will enjoy a bathroom with separate shower stall, a meals/sitting room with wall mounted TV, a fully equipped mini-kitchen to prepare light meals, a separate toilet and common use laundry.

A Free Continental breakfast is provided daily for each guest.

Tariff is for one guest per room, plus 50% per additional guest per room, per night :-

PUBLIC TRANSPORT: Bus stop at the corner of the street, 2 minute walk. Train Station 5 minutes by bus. FOOD & SHOPPING: 1 km from Restaurants, local Pub, fast food outlets and the major regional shopping centre with food court.  We generally advise guests to organise a hire car/people mover at the airport as the cost of return airport transfers will usually pay for 3 or 4 days of vehicle hire.

Response from the owner Our guests do not have to share a bathroom or toilet if they choose not to when they book. The three bedroom suite is also provided for families or friends who are only too happy to share. Singles or couples DO NOT HAVE TO SHARE the facilities! As many guests do not like to sleep under air conditioning we give them the option of using the ceiling fans or WE WILL LEAVE THE AIR CONDITIONER ON if they prefer. Unfortunately the above guest arrived in an annoyed state due to her treatment by the airline and her husband having difficulty with their hire car. This guest did not share!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If John (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
