Description
This is a two bedroom/two bath furnished apartment located in the coastal community of east Pompano Beach, Florida.The apartment is part of a duplex with a private heated swimming pool, new central air, wifi, cable, laundry facilities, and three flat screen TV's. There are two bedrooms, one with a king bed and one with a queen bed, both have private bathrooms, in addition there is a sleeper couch in the living area. There is fully stocked kitchen, gas grill, laundry, and linens..The yard is completely fenced and we are dog friendly. The apartment is located by Pompano Municipal golf course, Pompano Citi center mall, and there are restaurants and shopping located within walking distance. The beach is 1.5 miles from the apartment, Fort Lauderdale is located 5 miles to the south, and Boca Raton is located 5 miles to the north.
