Welcome to 'Tiempo de Toledo'. We offer our apartment with the goal of making you fall in love of our beautiful city. We are confident that you'll find all you need to make your stay enjoyable.

The house is located 50 meters from the cathedral and the town hall in a building dating from the thirteenth century and has been completely renovated in the year 2007 .

Access by car is easy. There is public parking nearby and there is a parking very close from the house.

Both bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. They have XXL bed and wardrobes . You'll find bedding, blankets and towel sets for the bathroom. You can also use a travel cot and high chair for your little ones.

The living room is bright and comfortable . The Chaise Longue can be opened and converted into double bed.

The kitchen is fully equipped (ceramic hob, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, washing machine, iron, etc) .

The bathroom has a large tub and has hair dryer and hair iron.

The house is located in the old district of Dyers, and its strategic location let's you go walking to any area of the Old Town in less than 10 minutes, and enjoy nearby places as important as the Cathedral, the Greco's home, the Jewish Quarter, the Synagogues, the Palace ('Alcazar') and its museum of the Army, Zocodover square , the Museum of Santa Cruz and the church of San Juan de los Reyes among others.

We can help you prepare your visit, hiring guided tours (some of them are free) or informing you of cultural and leisure activities on the dates of your visit . Furthermore, in the house , you'll have many maps and reference literature about the city, its history, legends and monuments.

The residents of Old Town of Toledo will share their passion for the city with visitors. Always happy to read a map or help you discover details that escapes from tourist guides .

The best way to get around is on foot. Forget the car and dive into the atmosphere of the city. Line 12 bus runs from the station to the 'Plaza del Conde', at 350 meters from the house.

Since the house is located in a unique building, we ask respect for the environment and the neighborhood. It's in a noise protection area, so the building is very quiet.

Getting around

You really don't need car during your stay. If you wnt you can enjoy a small turistic train that will take you around the city, and also a hop on-hop off bus

We always receive our guests in person. But during their stay, we are available for them by phone or email. We prefer to let the travellers discover the city by themselves, but, of course, we have a lot of tips, suggestions to see and to eat to share with them

Response from the owner Few things to say regarding Kasey. He really missed the chance to have an amazing stay. People who use particular apartments for their holidays uses to know that they aren't booking in hotels, so they can't demand same services. Although we are all the flexible that we can be and even a little bit more. The day of Kasey's arrival was the graduation day of my daughter (18:00), and I told Kasey to buy an earlier ticket train or, that if he was going to arrive on the 17:23 train, we had a short gap (25 minutes) of time (but enough) to do the check in just in this moment. If not, We could do the check in from 18:45. We receive hundreds of visitors by train, and we really know that the train ALWAYS arrives earlier (my husband uses it very often too), and that a taxi trip from the train station to our apartment is the cheapest and fastest method to reach us. We told it to Kasey several times. Even, the same day of their arrival, my husband lost more than 30 minutes in a phone call trying to make Kasey trust in our experience. We told him that we were sure and ready to receive them on time. The problem was that Kasey (or his husband) did not trust in our word. Kasey asked me to cancel their booking, thing that I didn't because we were more than ready to receive them. Due that we didn't receive a final answer from their side, my husband also went to the train station to see if they were arriving in the train. They didn't. Another thing that we did was returning our income for their failed stay, even we still think that they really don't deserve it. The facts talks by themselves. Look at our calendar and to our evaluations, here and in another sites. We give all for our guests, and we think we are doing an excellent work. Look what Kasey have done: he is trying to lay down our reputation even two months after their visit. Without enjoying from our services and without knowing anything about us. Kasey, it was a pleasure talking with you, and to solve definitively this situation from our side, we offer a free night stay in your next time in Spain. In this way, we are sure that your next feedback about us, will not be so negative than this one.
