We have an abundance of comfort items, decorations and modern appliances. The house is fully furnished, clean & friendly, internet, cable, hot water, ac, toaster, coffee maker, microwave and fridge. There are 4 beds in total, 2 full size mattress, 2 twins and a big leather couch in the living room. Linens are clean and fresh, new bath & beach towels.

There is a shared pool next to the house that our guests our welcome to use it. There are big trees in front of the house where howler monkeys and iguanas often come and visit the property.

It is about a 7 minute walk to the beach from the house or about 2 minutes on a bicycle. There is close to Surf Shops that rent boards, bicycles, a great inexpensive way to get around in Playa Grande.

Getting around

There are private taxis available as well as the public Bus that comes into Playa Grande 2 times per day . Although a rental car is highly recomended to maximize visiting all the unique beaches close by.

I offer a good 15 minute tour of Playa Grande pointing out resturaunts and good places to access the beach.
