New carpets/flooring throughout; Upgraded finishes, paint & replaced fireplace w/ wood-burning wood stove. 2021 - widescreen Smart Roku TV + guest access to streaming apps.

Large back deck w/ beautiful woods-view. Enjoy the gas grill... Comfortable, nicely furnished home on corner lot. Decks look out to a full acre of land. Well-suited for families and/or small groups to "get away" and enjoy quiet beauty, tranquility & recreation.

The scenic Sierra Buttes & Lakes Basin are 2 miles away for fishing, hiking & exploring, or snowmobiling in the winter; We have A/C for mid-summer hot days; Johnsville is 5 miles up the road for recreation opportunities.

Dogs welcome! Living/dining/eat up kitchen all open floor plan. Separate laundry room with desk and utility sink. Over-sized master suite w/ shower/soaking tub & dressing table in en suite bathroom (new flooring, paint, finishes & King pillow top mattress 2021).

Getting around

We are a one hour drive from Truckee, CA, or one hour from Reno/Tahoe Airport. You definitely need a car to get to Graeagle, but once you are here - it is an idyllic atmosphere, and all you need are your feet! Bring your bike if you are so inclined - it's a bike friendly area! Bring your groceries - or buy them (pricey) at the Graeagle store. We keep spices and a few staples in the house for your use. We have a gas grill for your use.
