Spacious and modern apartment situated in the very centre of Reykjavík, Iceland.

Available: all year

Bedroom: Extra large double bed / twin beds. We can add one extra bed but we charge for it.

In the living room there is a very comfortable sofabed where 2 can sleep. We offer a TV set with local stations and international plus free Netflix.

Capacity: approximately 2 persons per room

Bathroom: 1 – modern rain shower

Kitchen: 1 – fully equipped with cooker & hob; cutlery, plates, mugs, glasses etc; sink; fridge & freezer; kettle; table & chairs plus microwafe

Laundry: washing machine & dryer plus washing powder

Catering: self-catered but have necessities to make breakfast such as Tea & coffee plus muesli.

Parking: free on-street parking

Garden: yes with access to BBQ

WiFi: yes, free

Main attractions:

BSI bus terminal: 5-10 minute walk where all tours of Reykjavik Excursions start. we can help with bookings without extra cost for our guests.

Lake Tjörnin: 1 minute walk

City centre: 5 minute walk

Hallgrímskirkja church: 10 minute walk

Harpa concert hall: 15 minute walk

Harbour for whale watching excursions: 15 minute walk

Two swimming pools ca 15 minutes walk

Description:

Our home is perfectly located on a quiet and charming street in the centre of Reykjavík, with the Swedish Embassy on one side and the Norvegian on the other one. close by is the beautiful lake Tjörnin and is only a short walk from many of the main attractions that the city has to offer.

Our basement apartment is available to rent all year. The apartment has its own private entrance and guests are welcome to use the garden (including the BBQ).

Bed linen and towels are provided also bath robes

We have a minimum 2 nights stay.

We supply a list of supermarkets to pick up groceries and restaurants plus interesting tours to take or sights to see in the city.

We also offer free Wi-Fi connection and we supply guests with the access code upon arrival.

We can advice you on tours to take during your visit to Iceland and can book tours with Reykjavik Excursions without extra cost for our guests and print out vouchers. We also have extensive knowledge of the best restaurants, bars, leisure facilities (including swimming pools and hot pots) and car/scooter rentals in the area that we would be happy to share with you.
