We are not renting until spring 2022 as we are undergoing a major renovation and adding a second floor to the home. The second floor will have a rec room with a queen-size sofa bed and balcony. There will also be a separate self-contained unit which will sleep 6. When you rent the main house, you will have exclusive access to the hot tub and main yard with total privacy.

The proximity to the lake and plenty of parking for a boat makes it an ideal vacation for water activities. This expansive property with a large lawn, two decks, natural gas BBQ, pond and new hot tub are all you need for relaxing and spending time together. This 3 bedroom/2.5 bathroom home was beautifully renovated this year and boasts remarkable views of Okanagan Lake.** This home has access to a buoy on the lake across the road renters to use. Located only 15 minutes north of Kelowna International Airport and midway between Kelowna and Vernon allows you to enjoy the whole Okanagan while being situated in the quiet area of Pixie Beach, at the start of the Carr's Landing area. This home is across the road from Okanagan Lake and a very quiet public beach. Carr's Landing is surrounded by fruit trees and vineyards. All within a 10 minute drive is an outdoor café serving great breakfast and lunches, the Grapevine restaurant at Gray Monk Estate Winery, a museum, parks, hiking paths, and long stretches of public beaches.This is a true four-seasons playground in the heart of the Okanagan.
