Description

Our 1 Bedroom condominium sleeps 3 people (king size bed in the bedroom for a couple and one couch in the living room for 1 child (or 1 adult) that don't mind sleeping on a couch that doesn't pull out open.

Condo has 1 Master Bedroom with a king size bed and a living room with a couch in front of a cozy fireplace. 1 full bathroom with a deep bathtub, hair dryer, and heated slate tile floors. Adjacent to the living room is a dining room with a dining table and 4 chairs. Fully equipped kitchen stocked with cooking and serving utensils, granite countertops, dishwasher, microwave, four-burner stovetop, oven, new refrigerator, and in-room coffee. Heated slate tiles on the kitchen floor. 2 color TVs (one in the living room and another one in master bedroom.) Unlimited FREE high speed internet access and free WiFi. The condo also has a private balcony with views of the mountains over parking lot.

Please note: this condo does not come with a ski locker. You can store the skis inside the condo by the door or on the balcony.

This is a non-smoking unit.

AMENITIES IN THE BUILDING (WHERE THE CONDO IS LOCATED) INCLUDE: Spa with Sauna and 2 large outdoor Jacuzzi (heated year-round) with magnificent views of the entire Squaw Valley mountains (Jacuzzi and sauna are conveniently located just down the hall from the condo), three different fitness centers, guest laundry facilities inside the building, complementary heated and secure underground parking. Business services available with fax, photocopier and computer services for all guests of Squaw Village.

Please note that this condo is located in the heart of Squaw Village. This is not a house located in a secluded forest area in the middle of nowhere where you can find peace and quiet 24 hours a day. The condo is located in the center of European-style village with an array of shops, restaurants, cafes and entertainment venues, so make sure that you are aware that Squaw Village is a "happening" place with fun and activities for everyone. Our condo is located in the same building as The Auld Dubliner Irish Pub & Restaurant - a fun and delicious place to visit.4 hours a day. Our condo is located in the center of European-style village with an array of shops, restaurants, cafes and entertainment venues, so make sure that you are aware that Squaw Village is a 'happening' place with fun and activities for everyone.

Our condo is located literally just steps away from Ski Lifts, Gondola and scenic Aerial Tram - less than 4 minutes walking!

Squaw Valley lift tickets and season passes are interchangeable at Alpine Meadows ski resort! Get the best Lake Tahoe ski resort dual lift ticket and season pass and take advantage of our free shuttle service to and from both mountains. It's just a 10-minute ride and shuttles depart from each resort every half-hour. Squaw Valley offers Lake Tahoe's most extensive and exciting night terrain including the 3.2 mile Mountain Run - all under the light of a specially-made floodlight system, utilizing 1000 watt, color-corrected High Pressure Sodium bulbs, that allow for superior contrast and easier vision on the snow.

I am available to guests when needed. The keys to the condo can be picked up from the Squaw Village front desk, which is open 24 hours. The keys will be reserved under guest's first and last name and must match a government issued photo ID, which will be verified by the front desk.

How do damage deposits work?
