THE CHARM OF TRADITION WITH MODERN CONFORTS!
The apartment is in the historical centre of Florence, in the Oltrarno district, ideally located within walking distance to the main sights of the City Centre (Boboli Gardens, Palazzo Pitti, Ponte Vecchio are all a few minutes ' walk). If you don't want to go by feet, the bus stop is 50 meters away and in just 5 minutes you will be in Piazza Duomo and S. Maria Novella station. The apartment, on the ground floor of an ancient Palace is recently renovated and is furnished with care and attention to detail; it comprises entrance hall, living room with sofa bed with two single beds, fully equipped kitchen, a large double bedroom, bathroom with shower and window and inner court. Sleeps up to 4 adults and a baby. It is equipped with heating, air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, TV, telephone, ADSL WiFi connection,
It is in limited trafic area but it's possible to park in the parking "Oltrarno" (300 metres away-weekly rates). The neighborhood is well served by typical shops, restaurants, supermarkets (one at 50 metres from the apartment); in it you will find all comforts to enjoy a pleasant experience.
Upon arrival, the owner will give you all the information and tips to enjoy your vacation. We will also help to build your itinerary in Tuscany using public transportation: visit Siena, Lucca, Montecatini, Pistoia, San Gimignano contacting them by train is extremely easy due to the convenient location of apartment.
