Description

This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath corner unit facing the 8th tee of River Oaks Golf Course. It is first floor so handicap accessible. Pool and hot tub are steps away just across the parking lot, grilling area a short walk away. This unit's kitchen is completely outfitted for family dinners with plenty of dishes and cooking utensils. Microwave, stove, big refrigerator, dishwasher along with coffee maker, toaster, blender and even a teapot are provided to make your visit easy and enjoyable. You will furnish your own sheets and towels.

A screened in porch with lawn furniture allows you to watch the golfers on the course. There is a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board.

For the golfers, River Oaks and World Tour golf courses are about a mile away and there are many, many other courses within an short drive.

Mini golf, water parks, restaurants, the boardwalk and Skywheel along with Ripley's, plenty of shopping and the beach are all within 3 miles of the condo. Broadway at the Beach and the outlet stores are also within 3 miles.

This location is just off the main roads of 17 and 501, just far enough to keep it quiet and restful.

“Very nice family-friendly condo”

The location is great! about eight minutes to the beach. Very quiet place. The condo was clean with a fully equipped kitchen. Easy check-in and check-out We had a really pleasant stay.
