Details of the apt4 Il Melograno (See also the other apartments, Il Mandorlo, L'Ulivo and Il Noce)

It's a new apartment located close to the apt "L'Ulivo", with two porches and a beautiful view.

On request, it may may be connected to the apt L'Ulivo and rented together, allowing them to offer hospitality to a large group or two families, always ensuring an excellent level of privacy. It has a living space of 85m², on one floors, and can accommodate up to six adults.

There is a living room with seating for eight people, chairs and a sofa bed. The kitchen has a gas stove, oven and a fridge. The dining room provides a table and chairs for eight people. There is a bathroom with a shower and WC, and another in room bathroom with a shower and WC. It has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. A cot can be added to either room. On the outside there are two porch, one with a second furnished kitchen, dining and living area and one close to the double bedroom, furnished for the Relax.

At last a new SPA facility dedicated to wellness and relax, available for extra fees all year round, that offer a heated mini pool with never ending swimming and air geyser; Sauna, Hammam, a tea corner and a toilet suitable for disabled people also.

NOTES

Outside: garden, 1000 sq. m/1200 sq. yd. of lawns, kitchen garden, a small orchard and aromatic herbs for cooking, private covered space with table, chairs and deckchairs, 20 hectares/50 acres of land among olive trees, fruit trees, woods and cultivation of wheat, corn and sunflowers.

Private swimming-pool 14x7 meters (about 46 x 22 ft.), depth min-max 1m-1,7m (3-5.5 ft.), surrounded by lawns and furnished with umbrellas, sunbeds and deckchairs. It's usually opened from June to October; if your rental is before the 31st of May or after the 15th of October, please contact us in order to know whether the pool is open or not.

Available paths for walks, training, MTB, and so on. Available for free some MTB.

For yours babies, available two baby cribs, baby chair, baby backpack and toys, without extra price.

Suitability: the apt2 has one bedroom and a bathroom on the ground floor and it's suitable for disabled.

Local activities: a beautiful and very interesting volcanological park and museum (San Venanzo, 1.4km), walking tours, itinerary by bike, horse trails, public swimming-pool, public tennis court, excursions, riding grounds, fishing, rafting, canoeing, golf.

Firstly the owners were fantastic. Wonderful friendly family. Property very nice and well maintained. Sunrise and sunset magnificent. Pool area and gardens well looked after. Great walk up to Olive trees were the view just gets better. Well worth the visit, well recommended.
