Imagine to have the opportunity to live in front of the sea, practically on the pine forest 20 meters from the beach, a short walk takes you to take a dip in to the blue Sardinia sea.

Imagine waking up and feel the smell of the sea that wishing you Good morning! Have breakfast sitting out on the veranda and watch the sun rise from the sea; enjoy an early morning walk on the shore when nobody is on the beach only you ...

This place made our vacation memorable, I hope you will have unforgettable memories too!

The apartment can host 8/9 people. It is a Family house and not a typical holiday house. The wooden fornitures are hand made and in the house there are books and other stuff as a normal house.

It is composed of 3 bedrooms:

1 twin bedroom ( connecting with the doubles room, has indipendent entrance and toilet)

1 double room with a double sofa bed;

1 double room

1 bathrooms. (1with wc, sink, bidet and shower )

1 lavatory in the twin room (with wc, sink and washing machine)

1 large living room with 2 chairs bed and 1 sofa bed.

The veranda is overlooking the sea and has direct access to the pine forest which is less than 50 meters from the beach ( 150 mt the sea! )

Amenities: washing machine, A/ C ( on request with extra charge) , internet ( on request with extra charge), microwave, tv, dvd player, outdoor shower (with hot water), BBQ etc... The house is fully furnished and the kitchen is fully equipped, so you should find all you need.

1 cot for a maximum 3y.o child and 1 table seat.

Towels and beach towels are included in the cleaning fee.

The house is located on the ground floor and has 2 parking spaces.

The Price is for a couple or 1 family ( parents plus 2 kids ). The price for 2 Families ( 2 Couple plus 2 kIds), is one rent plus extra charge for only the 2 parents ( amount depending on the season ).

The price for every extra person are from 15 Euro per day.

Extra Charge: Air Condition: 150 Euro per week.

How do damage deposits work?
