Response from the owner Hello dear Jessica As you informed in the start, the apartment is available even if it is offered in other website. sometimes we upgrade, you asked no upgrade so no problem. If you want to cancel this reservation and pay TripAdvisor the cancellation fee they required, we talked about that with TripAdvisor and they told you. we told you we don't need a cancellation fee, i have all those mails. We informed you about the size of the apartment is for 4 grownups and a child. and offered you several apartments, bigger than this apartment, off course bigger apartment cost more. We are terribly sorry you had bad time, but everything was clean and we even ask you if you want us to come again to clean and we did come. Sorry you had such experience but to take it on us it is unfair. The only problem in the apartment is 15 Inch on 15 Inch unpainted area in the ceiling during a problem for few weeks ago and it is was must be stay this way.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
