Maria's is an 8-bedroom oceanfront villa located on Maria's Beach. Maria's is ideal for large gatherings such as family reunions, weddings, corporate retreats, yoga retreats, surfing vacations and more. The spacious side lawn is perfect for a party tent. Enjoy the swimming pool, or go to the beach through our private access. This beautiful villa features: 8 bedrooms (kings, queens and full size beds), 6 full bathrooms, 2 fully equipped kitchens, 2 dining tables for 12, Beautiful and unobstructed views of the ocean, Swimming pool, lounge chairs, and beach chairs for beach use, Living rooms and Master bedrooms feature Dish TV with over 100 channels in High Definition, Bluetooth speakers for smart phones in living rooms and master bedrooms, A/C and ceiling fans in every bedroom and living room, Internet Access, Washer/dryers, Gas grills on both patios, Hot tub and full wet bar on both upper decks, Additional refrigerators in master bedrooms, and 20-ft ceilings in the upstairs bedrooms
Two of the bedrooms/bathrooms are on the ground floor, ideal for guests with limited mobility. The Ramon side and Maria side of the house can be rented separately, each sleeping 8.
Maria's is a family owned exclusive waterfront villa on the gorgeous Maria's Beach in Rincón, Puerto Rico. Maria and her son Ramon lived on the beach for over 50 years, becoming beloved residents of the town. Maria was a surrogate host of the 1968 World Surfing Championships that took place on Maria's Beach. This “town of beautiful sunsets” (and lots more to see and do) and the villa built in Maria and Ramon's memory is the perfect setting for large gatherings such as family reunions, weddings and more.
