Description

Omah Ku is the perfect villa to choose for your Bali holiday. It is located close to the restaurants, bars and nightlife of Seminyak, with several great restaurants only a few hundred meters walking distance from the villa. La Laguna, Mosaic beachclub, Naughty Nuri's, Star Apple, Watercress, Warung Sobat & Warung Satya, to name but a few.

When choosing the ideal holiday villa discovering the right location is paramount. Beach front villas in this area are now very expensive, not to mention noisy (surf) and lack privacy (anyone walking up the beach can look in) so finding one set just back from the ocean that is close to exciting shopping opportunities, restaurants and nightlife is a good move as it affords more privacy and convenience. Omah Ku is located away from busy roads in a quite lane so it is perfect.

Two stand alone buildings each with two levels built-in modern Bali contemporary style create a special four bedroom home. Omah Ku offers plenty of comfortable indoor and outdoor living spaces and all buildings orientate towards the garden and a large 12 meter x 4 meter salt water swimming pool. All rooms, including the lounge and indoor dining area are air-conditioned, enabling you to retreat in comfort during the humid rainy season, which is typically between January & April. The only exception to this is the open poolside bar and BBQ pavilion that was designed to service the poolside and is cooled by three overhead fans.

Pool & Garden Level

The tropical garden that surrounds is home to many varieties of the heloconias and colorful plants like the ginger flowers, jepun, red palm, coconut, and flamboyant trees. On this level are all the main living pavilions plus one poolside suite.

Four Bedroom Suites - Overview

Omah Ku has four well-appointed air-conditioned bedrooms with wardrobes, desk sand each has its own en suite bathroom with shower and the master bedroom has an over-sized 40 cm Grohe rain shower plus a very stylish bathtub.

OmahKu has been built to very high international standards with state of the art facilities including a professional fitted kitchen, MP3 player with built-in speakers, Satellite TV. All bedrooms and living areas are connected via a PABX telephone system so it is easy to contact everyone.

The large indoor dining and lounge area is also home to a professional Miele show kitchen where all food is prepared by the villa cook. The kitchen island has many drawers and small breakfast bar area. Adjacent to the island is the granite topped dining table, which has seating for eight to ten people.

Pool & Garden

This is complimented by a long poolside pavilion opposite which is equipped with a bar and large fridge for cooling drinks or keeping food fresh. The Weber BBQ is on wheels and can be moved from the terrace to the garden area as required. Overhead fans ensure ventilation and comfortable seating make the poolside a great place to chill out.

OmahKu has a reasonably sized garden, a great place for the kids to run around within sight of slumbering adults. The 12 meter free form salt water swimming pool has a 3 meter x 1 meter shallow area for children, with steps. The pool varies in depth between 1 meter to 1.7 meter, so for children who cannot swim adult supervision and proper flotation devices are advised.

The shady pool terrace is an area that the whole family will enjoy and the pool is the place where most guests tend to gravitate to and spend their days relaxing.
