This high-end 2200+ sqft apartment was designed as the primary residence of Sand Dollar's CEO. It's a 3 bedroom condo converted into a 2 bedroom with immense living spaces.

Chosen by our guests as the best 2 bedroom oceanfront apartment in Bonaire. Our guests say that it is “peaceful”, “has breathtaking views”, “luxurious”, “private”, “spacious” and “diver friendly.”

It is private - it's the whole second floor of the building. And we're in front of the other Sand Dollar buildings, only 16 feet away from the sea with panoramic views from every window. You can't get any closer!

The Blue Zone was recently renovated and has a new kitchen, bathrooms, furniture, tiles, doors & windows.

The apartment is cool and breezy and completely screened in - mosquito free.

Full time night time security guards patrol the premises.

Both bedrooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans and have king size beds & en suite bathrooms.

The kitchen is fully equipped with black granite countertops, dishwasher, oven, oversized cooktop, Senseo coffee machine, blenders, toasters, microwave... the list goes on.

Internet, wifi and cable tv is also included.

A local cell phone will be made available to you.

There is a television in each bedroom and an IPhone/Ipod speaker dock in the living room. There is a washing machine, digital safe, iron and hair dryer.

For rentals 2 weeks and longer, there is a weekly cleaning service included, where towels and linens are changed.

The reef is right in front and it's a Bonaire classic. According to years of REEF surveys, Bari Reef, as it is called, has more biodiversity than other reefs in Bonaire. Your morning snorkel will be great, your daytime and night dives will be exceptional.

For the convenience of divers, there is a rinse tank and dive locker on the ground floor.

Sand Dollar Resort is the largest oceanfront community in Bonaire with long pathways along the waterfront. Unlike many Bonaire apartments, there are no roads or public access between you and the water. And it's quiet! The sounds of development are elsewhere.

The resort facilities include:

- shore diving and snorkeling in front

- 5 star PADI dive shop called Bonaire Dive Friends

- swimming pool with pool-side bar/restaurantt

- outdoor grill and dining facilities

- ocean platform with recliners for sunning

- outdoor showers and washrooms

- two tennis courts

6 day unlimited air or nitrox package is $180 per person at onsite dive shop - Bonaire Dive Friends. Prices are good until the end of 2017.

There are many fine restaurants within a 5 minute walk from the apartment. There is a world class spa, gym and physiotherapy centre just across the street with morning and evening fitness / yoga classes.

One of the king size beds can be changed to 2 twin beds on request.

Getting around

There is no public transport in Bonaire. As we are close to downtown, you can do many things walking. There are taxis and a taxi fare to the airport is $15 US. It is highly recommended to rent a car.

Guests will be given keys and shown around the apartment. Should there be an issue, give us a call or text and we will help you out. We have prepared a booklet about places to eat, places to visit and it is in the apartment.

If Catherine (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
