Newly built, this luxury pool home sits on the golf course giving spectacular views. Relax and enjoy the peace and quiet of this perfect location. Our home is equipped and furnished to the highest standards throughout and immaculately maintained.

Living accommodations include a great room with a 52” LCD flat panel TV and DVD player, formal living room for those who love to just sit and read or visit with friends, large fully equipped kitchen with everything needed to prepare and serve your meals, utility room with a washer and dryer. We have high speed internet and a PC, cable TV, and unlimited local and long distance throughout the US and Canada. Our CD player is an Ilive so you can plug in your IPod to play all of your favorites, or pop in your CD, or simply listen to the radio. There is also a portable CD/Radio provided to take out to the pool/lanai area if you choose.

Sleeping accommodations include a master bedroom with huge master bath, walk in closet, and direct access to the pool and lanai, along with three additional bedrooms (also with walk in closets) and bathroom providing accommodations for a group of 8-10 guests. One additional bedroom has a queen bed while the remaining two have two twin beds. There is also a high quality sofa bed in the great room. Each bedroom also contains its own TV for even greater comfort.

Walk out one of five rooms with direct access to the pool/lanai area to go for a swim, lounge in the sun, or dine Al Fresco with a table and seating provided. Enjoy a cool drink while watching the beautiful Florida sunset or simply soak in the sounds of nature in privacy without all the usual interruptions. Spend your entire evening by the pool while grilling and entertaining your family and friends.

Our home is situated roughly an hour from either Fort Myers or Sarasota/Bradenton Airport, or roughly an hour and a half from Tampa Airport. Fantastic beaches at Englewood are within 5 miles and Boca Grande within 15 to 20 minutes. The major Florida Theme parks are close enough to be accessible, yet far enough to avoid the crowds if you choose. Busch Gardens is about a 45 minute drive, while Disney World takes about an hour and a half. Kennedy Space Center is also an option with that drive taking approximately a little over 3 hours.

Rotonda West offers a wide variety of facilities. The community park has free tennis courts, play grounds and even picnic shelters for families to enjoy. There are bike trails that thread their way through Rotonda West and over to Rotonda Lakes. For the golfer, this part of Florida is a dream come true. There are four golf courses actually on Rotonda West and all are part of the Rotonda West Country Club. There are also an additional 15 golf courses that are within a 15 minute drive and offer golf at a range of handicaps and pockets.

Grocery shopping is close and convenient including Winn Dixie (open until 11 p.m.), Wal-Mart (24 hours), and Publix (24 hours) all within a ten minute drive. For those who love to shop, the main Shopping Center in Port Charlotte has a large number of popular stores along with a wide variety of popular restaurants.
