Come stay at your own personal oasis. Escape the city and enjoy the cool and refreshing mountain air, located on secluded Kokol Hill(about 35mins from Kota Kinabalu).

Surrounded by beautiful scenery, you will have a great escape to relax and unwind.

This holiday villa houses three bedrooms(1 king size bed and 2 queen size beds), which comfortably sleeps six adults. Two extra single mattress can be provided upon request. All bedrooms comes with attached bathrooms with hot shower facilities. The spacious living room is ideal for fun family activities, or hang out on the deck to take in the view of Kota Kinabalu city. The kitchen is equipped for guests to do their own cooking to be enjoyed either indoor dining or out door dining on the deck. BBQ facilities are also available.

Don't have the time to get food for a BBQ? We can provide it for you at Ringgit Malaysia 70 per head.(Package includes lamb, chicken, sausages, chicken wings, fish ball, prawns, crab, fish, corn and potato). Please let me know a few days in advance prior to check in to place an order.

All amenities listed below is provided. You just need to bring your clothing, personal toiletries, towels, and foods. We can provide towel rental with advance notice.

Response from the owner Thanks for the feedback. It is unfortunate that there was a power outage during your stay. Water pressure will be weak if there is no power supplied to the pump during an outage. The sewerage has been upgraded. Previously it was a problem with heavy use, but it has been fixed now.

How do damage deposits work?

If Julian (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
