Description

2 BR/1 BA Home on Stilts next to Cedar Key Marina II. Sleeps up to 6 people. Small Pet Allowed with $25 non-refundable deposit. Non-smoking home with swing on front porch and grill on back porch. Central Heat/Air, Dish TV, internet, washer/dryer, full kitchen with microwave and coffee maker. Discounts on boat rentals during your stay or you can keep your own boat at Cedar Key Marina for free in our outside lot. There is a $15 fee per day, payable at check out, if you'd like for our staff to trailer your boat to the boat ramp and launch you. That fee includes picking you up after you are done using your boat, bringing it back to the Marina, flushing out the motor and rinsing your boat and trailer off with fresh water. Boat wash available for $1.50/foot, also payable at check out.

Smoking is not allowed inside but can be done on the porches. Small pets allowed but a $30 non-refundable fee will be due upon check-in.
Three Night Minimum for Holiday and Festival Weekends - NO EXCEPTIONS. Please do not book the reservation for 2 nights when it's a holiday or festival weekend because we will not accept it if it's not for 3 nights. For 2020 Arts Festival weekend is April 4th & 5th. Seafood Festival weekend is October 19th & 20th, 2019.

This house was great host are very accommodating. sitting on the swing on the front porch watching the ospreys feed their babies was a delight.

It is not water front, but the inside of the house is nice especially for being an older building. It was a good deal for the price that I paid.
